Condition:
Oil on canvas relined many years ago, canvas remains tight, paint looks rather dirty with a fine craquelure running throughout, most notably in the sky, looks like it may well have been cut down from a slightly larger size, retouched in the dark waves across the bottom margin, later gilt frame, no inscriptions verso.
