Condition:
Cork work, sand and watercolour on card, all slightly effected by age and damp and so pulling slightly out of shape with many of the buildings and other appliques bending outwards towards the viewer, ground card is undulating with scattered dirt marks and pin holes, black background maybe later but is certainly of age, under glass in a gilt gesso frame which is now rather tatty.
