Overall looks to have been repolished 20 or 30 years ago or more, still of a good rich gingerish red mahogan tone, some fine splits running across the top from left to right, locks look original but no key present, the top drawer at one time had an internal slide but now is fitted with two later divisions, handles look original, drawers are lined in oak, feet possibly slightly reduced in height.
