Oil on original canvas, paint a little dirty with some flaking in the centre, not signed, housed in a 19th century giltwood frame, typed label verso with the title and reference to Terence Mullaly The Barbizon School article in Apollo Magazine 1955, further label for Hazlitt Gallery, inscriptions on the stretcher and a Christie's bar code sticker to one corner.
