the circular boxwood strung top inlaid with a butterfly, flowers and scrolls, on turned baluster stem with foliate carved tripod and claw and ball feet,

Condition:
Overall of a rich gingerish red walnut tone, top with numerous old small dents, scratches and signs of use but marquetry looks intact, the tripod base is a little darker, with wear to the tops of the legs in particular but no sign of any breaks or repairs.
