Oil on original canvas in honest untouched condition, glass very dirty particularly on the inside, paint is also thought to be a little dirty with a fine but stable craquelure running through most of the background paint, inscribed lower right, housed in the original gesso frame which has a dull bronze finish, framers label for Chapman Brothers of Chelsea verso.
