Two single Hartzell blades, probably held together with a tube or bar ( that's why there is no way of mounting to an engine as is). They originally would have been in a set of three, slid onto pilot tubes on a hub and retained with blade clamps, so variable pitch. If you could remove them from the bar there will be identifying numbers on their bases which could identify the aircraft type they could have come off
