A George III gold and black enamel memorial ring with hairwork panel and a matching brooch, the ring and brooch inscribed, 'Robt Pickup Obt 15th Feb, 1819 at 32', ring size P, gross 6.5 grams, brooch 18mm, gross 5.7 grams.

The glazed panel on the ring is very scratched and there is some minor damage to the black enamel.
Lead solder on the underside of the brooch mount at one end. Some minor scratches to the glazed panel, otherwise in good order.
