Condition:
- brass mounted mahogany reel stamped Patent 21873, initials scratched into one side and other lesser signs of wear, height overall 14cm
- all brass single horn handled reel, unsigned, much of the original finish rubbed away, diameter 11cm
- later ebonised aluminium reel with wear to the finish, remnants of a gilt label to which initials have been incised, diameter 9cm
