A gentleman's 1940's stainless steel mid-size Rolex Oyster Lipton manual wind wrist watch, made for the Canadian market, with black military Arabic and baton twenty four hour dial, with subsidiary seconds and dial inscribed 'Oyster Lipton', model number 3478, serial no. 194308, the case back engraved 'PEEL', with original Rolex box and a service receipt and delivery note dated 25/8/1965 & 2/8/1965 respectively, on later associated flexible strap.

Watch ticks when wound and the hands adjust. We cannot guarantee any of the watches to be in working order. The strap is associated and not Rolex. There are minor nicks and surface scratches to the case sides, back, lugs and bezel, commensurate with age and some use. The glass is haevly scratched, with one possible crack, making any dial examination quite difficult. The luminescent material has turned dark in places on all of the numerals etc. Crown inscribed 'Oyster Patent'. Crown does not screw down flush with the body. Case diameter excluding the winding crown is 30mm. Box in generally good order. Movement unsigned??
