This yen yen vase is obviously missing the trumpet shaped section above and has been ground off at the luting line where the biscuit is exposed on the top it is slightly discoloured and there is some very slight old chipping and sharpness on the inside edge of the cut, there is some occasional scratching to the glaze and a line of abrasion around the widest point of the baluster in the band around the top, there is a small now worn splinter chip to the glazed edge of the foot, otherwise in reasonable condition with no cracks or restoration detected, there is a paper lable for Dickinson, 108 Wigmore Street, London.
The wood stand is in good condition and the wood cover has no chips or cracks but the varnish has dried out on the exterior.
