Oil on original canvas, a hint of sagging to the canvas but overall good clean condition, signed lower right, housed in an ebonised and decorated ripple moulded frame, labels verso, old typed label giving title, artist and stating National Gallery Millbank No.20, further label for the artist on the left which looks like the remnants of an obituary stuck to the back of the frame.
