A glass mascot by René Lalique, introduced on 10/2/1928, No.1143 in clear and frosted glass with a slight amethyst tint, signed moulded in relief with large block capitals 'R.LALIQUE' and smaller block capitals 'FRANCE' on the rear of the circular base, with an original Breves Galleries split screw mount and later plinth, Marcilhac no.1143, p.501, Weiner p.42, height 14.2cm.
