Watercolour on a light buff coloured paper which is probably discoloured slightly, painted colours still look strong, some foxing across the work most notable in the unpainted portion of the centre of the street, perhaps a little acid staining around the edges, under glass in probably the original frame, no labels or inscriptions verso.
