A tall Clement Massier Japonaise flambe bottle vase, late 19th century, enamelled in colours with butterflies, gilt mark C.M. Golfe Juan-Am, 44cm

There is some slight pitting to the flambe glaze on the neck and around the foot in particular, there is some scuffing and scatching to the glaze in particular around the bulbous part of the body and there are two shallow glaze chips on the inside of the foot rim which may have been done in manufacture, otherwise in good with no restoration, chips or cracks.
