There is some staining on the faces and hands of the figures, some creasing to the silk and the outline of a figure has been painted over above the child. The pink silk ends of the scroll are slightly brittle and torn and have been reinforced on the back with sellotape. One horn turning is missing to one end of the scroll, otherwise in reasonable condition.
