Provenance: UK Private Collection. The vendor's grandfather formed a large collection of several hundred pieces of Chinese porcelain and works of art in the 1920's. The majority of the pieces were brought mainly from specialist dealers and auctioneers in East Anglia and the South of England; thence by family descent.
There is some fine crazing to the glaze all over and there are two barely discernable short hairline cracks to the rim, glaze imperfections consistent with age.
