An Indian Bidri ware bell shaped huqqa base, Deccan, 19th century, inlaid in silver with panels of flowers within floral borders, height 18cm

The exterior of the huqqa base is in good condition with nice bright decoration, only minor wear around the base, the underside has some sort of solder in a circle around the centre, this may actually have been done in manufacture or is an extremely old repair, the copper feet may be something that has been added again this has been done some time ago as there is patination to these, an attractive looking piece.
