A Chinese hongmu floor screen, c.1900, the frame carved in simulation of bamboo, inset with a metal thread picture of a pheasant perched on a peony branch on an ivory satin ground, total height 115.5cm width 62cm

There are a couple of small chip losses to the crest and slight loss to one of the upright of the stand which holds the picture in position, one of the brackets to the stand has come detached but is complete and one of the brackets towards the front has a split loss and has been restuck, otherwise in good condition.
