An early 19th century Grand Tour siena marble model of the Temple of Castor & Pollux, with three corinthian columns supporting an entablature on a slate base, height 16in.

This piece has breaks running through two of the three columns, the tip of one acanthus scroll is missing from the top of one column, two other columns are both missing tips of scrolls, but otherwise condition is very good, tiny nicks to the extreme corners of the rouge marble plinth.
