Some even discolouration of the paper with a number of small circular splash marks showing in the centre of the river, otherwise some small dirt specks elsewhere and a blackish mark showing in the margin to the right of 12 o'clock, not laid down, ,mounted or framed, does come with the original mount and backing board, signed in pencil lower right, two remnants of paper tabs showing in the top corners, but essentially should restore to very good effect.
