A Japanese Satsuma pottery rectangular tray, Meiji period, painted with figures farming in a landscape to one side, the other with brocade patterns, inscribed black enamel mark to underside, 20.5cm

There are some areas of wear to the gilding around the edge, generally grubby all over, there is a slight crack on the underside at the 12 o'clock position otherwise good condition.
