Oil on thick card like board which is slightly bowed inwards, paint rather dirty with some some fine but stable craquelure in the thicker areas, signed lower right slightly going under the mount although it looks like the work has dropped in a little, in an old gilt scroll frame which has been overpainted with a silvery blue paint would be best removed. No labels verso. Overall should clean and restore to good effect.
