A 20th century Chinese ladies silk jacket. Embroidered with silk pastel coloured birds, blossom and butterflies onto turquoise silk damask, edged with an ornate blue brocade border and rows of blue and green pipping on black silk edging. The front having a decorative cut out flower motif and ornate green toggling. The robe lined in light blue silk. The robe comes with a pair of black silk satin trousers. Front under arm chest 55cm. Back length neck to bottom 80cm. Condition; The jacket appears to be unworn, but needs professional cleaning as has become slightly dirty with age and storage.
