Fine, continuous mousse. Very toasty, nutty, floral, green apple, biscuit, creamy nose. Crisp, fresh, fairly dry entry with fine mousse. Elegant with nutty, lemon, creamy, biscuit, earthy, fennel flavours. Fresh, crisp finish in a tighter style that will improve over the next few years. (Anthony Gismondi).
