A Victorian garnet and paste ring, circa 1857, set with a circular-cut garnet between pairs of oval green pastes, in a 12ct gold mount of scrolled design, with openwork shoulders and an engraved band, size P1/2, British hallmarks, one paste deficient, gross weight 2.0 grams

Condition:
One paste deficient, pastes with some chips, not immediately obvious to naked eye. Hallmark slightly lost due to resizing, associated resizing mark to band. Some discoloration to gold.
