Condition:
The two sheep models are similar but were not made together to form a pair. One sheep with rust-coloured retouches to the two flowerheads; considerable flaking to green enamel, front and back. Sheep with coloured flowerheads some tips to bocage restored; sheep’s right ear-tip restored. Ring tree underside and tree itself clearly restored; one tip chipped and marginally incomplete. Cherub’s left thumb chipped and incomplete; his right shoulder area with a blister and a hairline crack; minor nick to bocage.
