Watercolour on paper in fair to good condition, a hint of damp spotting showing through the sky towards the top left but otherwise good clean order with fair strength of colour, old and original washline mount now a little tired, under glass in the gilt frame placed upon by the Fine Art Society with their 1960 label verso.
