A 19th century French ormolu and Sevres style porcelain mantel clock modelled with two putti reclining against a flowering urn over the enamelled Roman dial and panels of amorini, Japy Freres eight day countwheel movement stamped also by Miroy Freres, 52cm wide, 13.5cm deep, 33cm high

Condition:
Looks to be in good untouched condition, ormolu slightly matted but still with fair brightness, although oxidisation and dirt showing in the crevices, dial signed Prize Medal 1851 to the centre and with hairline cracks running down from 12 o'clock, porcelain plaques look good, some oxidisation spotting around the foot, movement looks complete but not tested for timekeeping, stamped Etablissement de Paris Miroy Freres as well as the Japy Freres stamp, comes with pendulum and associated winding key.
