A lady's 18ct gold Patek Philippe manual wind square dial wrist watch, with octagonal case and baton numerals, inside case numbered 4457 over 2785244, on a later associated leather strap, no box or papers.

Dial in good order. A couple of tiny scratches to the dial cover. A few minor scratches to the case back. Minor nicks and surface scratches to the case back also, commensurate with age and some use. Watch ticks when wound and the hands adjust. Case size excluding the lugs is 26mm by 23mm.
