Condition:
Bible - boards present, but detached, spine worn (less so on boards); has the 2 printed prelim. leaves prior to main text (both frayed at edges with some damage and creasing); Eel corner piece missing (loss of 8 lines 2nd col.recto. and the same Ist col. verso); some intermittent stains etc., markedly in few places (eg. Ee7 recto.,2nd col., Nnn7 verso, and 2pp. Eee7and8); intermittently throughout some headlines cropped, shaved or cut close. See Herbert 262 (and 194). Signatures - q3 and 4(only), A-Z8, and 6, Aa-Zz8, **4, Aaa-Ooo8, Ppp4, q8, qq4 (final leaf blank). nb. Herbert (1587 edtn.) calls for **6, but this 1601 edtn. is complete with 4 leaves (with Apocrypha final leaf numbered 187). Sternhold and Hopkins - intermittent sm. stained etc. (markedly at pp.19 and 22); paged as - (10), 91pp., followed by (9)pp. of Prayers (only,?ex.10). HhhI sm. hole with 2 word loss.
