Condition:
Oil on canvas relined many years ago, canvas remains tight, paint rather dirty with some fine craquelure throughout, apparently unsigned. Housed in a gilt gesso frame with attribution to the artist at the base, and now suffering from numerous small losses, old labels relating to depositories and hanging verso, together with a more recent typed label giving details of the work.
