Condition:
Watercolour in good condition, colours remain strong perhaps very slightly faded but still good, a few small scattered dirt spots and fox marks really only noticeable in the sky, signed and dated lower left, housed in what looks to be the original glazed gilt frame, old Exhibition of Catalogue excerpt verso giving the title, along with a Walker Art Gallery Exhibition label from 1908.
