Overall looks to be in very good condition, all of the chessmen have loaded bases and faded but original baize to the bases, faults noted as followsL Ebony chessmen - Queen has a crack running through base, one castle with small chip to outer rim of base, two pawns with old repairs to their collars. Boxwood - tiny dent to the upper rim of the base of one bishop, one pawn with old repair to its collar. Box with light wear to the outside but retaining original colour and retaining original label and baize lining.
