A George V Arts & Crafts planished silver octuple handled pedestal punch bowl, by Albert Edward Jones, with later engraved inscription dated 1919, the shoulder with stud work and handles with stylised terminals, Chester, 1912, height 24.5cm, diameter 35.9cm over handles, 68.1oz.

Condition:
Some tarnishing in places. Two dents around the collar. Leans slightly and wobbles slightly on a flat surface. A few of the tips of the handles are slightly lower than the others. Minor surface scratches to the interior. Hallmarks clear. Inscription reads- 'Presented to George Bull Esq. by the members of the Central Council Forage department Civil Supplies in appreciation of his invaluable services as Chairman of the Council and as a token of their regard and high esteem, Sep. 1919'.
