A large Meissen model of a colourful parrot, late 19th century, the figure seated upon a tree stump encrusted with flowers and leaves, underglaze blue crossed swords mark and incised model number A43c, 41cm high

Restoration to a large section of its left wing and various sections of its tail feathers and a small section of adjoining branch from the tree stump, losses to leaves on one branch of the tree stump and other tiny losses to encrusted flowers and leaves.
