Worcester vase has some large chip losses to the rim and the foot, the Sampson style inkstand has a loose fitting gilt metal mounted cover, as is the fitting for the seal, the Mintons small two handled jar and cover is in good condition, the Paris porcelain plate is in good condition and one of the matching teabowls has a small rim chip, there are six further English porcelain plates dating form 1820 to 1880, the example painted with red poppies? is heavily stained and does not ring true, the second plate with turquoise borders is heavily stained and has a hairline crack at the border and the plate painted with pink flowers has a rim chip, the other three plates are in reasonable condition with just some wear to the gilding and enamels.
