There is some wear to the facet edges and a couple of the crown facets on the sapphire. There is also a tiny chip to one of the crown facets. One of the small diamonds is chipped. Sapphire dimensions 6.7mm by 6.0 mm, with a depth of 3.3mm. Overall dimensions of the whole cluster are 12.3mm by 11.4mm.
