A 19th century Japanese gilt burnished lacquer Meiji period four case inro, with rabbit and bear central cartouches to both sides, signed, lacking string and lacquer rubbed

The burnished gilt is worn in places all over, possibly from usage. There is a small chip to the lacquer at one side at the bottom of the top section. The surface of the entire inro has small marks and scratches all over.
