A 'Pyrmont Water' sealed bottle, c.1720-40 of mallet shape, with inverted seal to the shoulder, mineral iridescence and surface etching, H. 25cm

The surface of the bottle has been heavily etched with some mineral encrustation all over, there is some areas of scratching and there are typical small bubble inclusions and larger bubble inclusions to the glass, the pontil is a little sharp on one side, there is possibly a small internal crack just above the pontil which doesn't go through to the surface on the exterior, there is a little bit of wear on the edge of the seal, otherwise no other chips or losses detected.
