There are numerous areas of repair around the base rim of the lid (lead solder) very visible along the back by the hinge. Lead solder arounfd the lock, which now appears to be filled (not operational). Piece of silver missing from bottom front right corner. A larger piece of silver is missing from the back bottom edge. Plaque with engraved inscription on interior of the lid.
