The top of the cover and the finial have been restored with some ghosting of decoration underneath the white ground on the top of the cover, the whole of the rim of the cover is restored, the inner sleeve is untouched, the teapot itself - the inner flange is restored and can see a couple of small shallow under flange chips and there is restoration to the handle in a number of areas and the area immediately around the join of the handle to the teapot at the top, the spout is restored near the tip and on the inside of the tip and mid way down and at the join to the teapot and the immediate area around the teapot there is some sprayed restoration with some ghosting of decoration beneath the foot and body, otherwise are unrestored.
