Oil on original canvas in honest untouched condition, one small dent hole towards the top left corner in the sky, otherwise very slight undulation of canvas, the paint looks a little dirty, some light rubbing and flaking on the right hand margin where it is a little loose in the frame, housed in probably the original gilt gesso frame which has some losses, title inscribed on the back of the canvas.
