A late 19th century French cast bronze hour repeating carriage clock, the case decorated with densely packed vines, masks and fruit, unsigned movement, height 6in.

Most of the original gilding has rubbed away from the case, dial shows diagonal hairline crack in the top right corner and some oxidisation stains to the centre of the hands, escapement and movement both look original albeit rather dirty and in need of a good clean, handle to the back door has been replaced with a steel screw, three of the tips of the back door glass are broken and chipped, left hand side glass panel has a chip to the lower left corner, clocks runs for a while then stops, repeat mechanism working but not tested overall for timekeeping.
