An early 19th century brass inlaid mahogany table clock, William North, York, the pagoda case with brass foliate inlay over ripple moulding and raised on four ball feet, the 8 inch repainted Roman dial with blued steel moon hands, the two train fusee movement with anchor escapement and rack strike to a bell, the shaped plates united by knopped pillars, height 18.5in. together with an associated mahogany wall bracket

Old cracks in the veneers to the top left and right sides of the top, horizontal cracking running through the veneering near 4 and 8 o'clock, later replaced silkwork to the sides now faded, small piece of ebony wave pattern moulding missing from the lower front right corner, some splits and losses around the door the back door, no key, movement complete but not tested for time keeping, very slight lifting of the paint to the dial near 12 o'clock, bracket looks to be associated and is coming apart at the joints.
