A pair of Meissen figures of Cupids, 19th century, the first of Cupid resting, the triangular base with title, the second of Cupid with a captive heart with motto to the triangular base, both with underglaze blue crossed swords marks and incised model numbers F7 and F15, height 11.8cm and 12.5cm

Cupid in a cage is in good overall condition, there is no apparent restoration or cracks or repairs, there is a small firing fault, the seated figure of Cupid is in good condition with no obvious restorations, there is a small loss to the tip of the bow but otherwise appears complete.
