From the collection of a Hong Kong Tea Merchant who worked for Jardine Matheson & Co Ltd, before 1940.

There are natural inclusions and fissures in the stone, but no apparent losses to the pierced decoration, there is a small splinter chip to the edge of the border and another few tiny nicks to the edges, otherwise in good condition, the back is plaque is pierced for mounting, there is some slight splintering around the area.
