Watercolour and ink on paper, colouring now a little faded, some small scattered dirt specks and tiny fox marks but overall fair to good condition, washline margin painted on, with title finely inked in, mount inscribed In Collection Lieutenant Robert Hyde Colebrooke 1762-1808 (Surveyor General of India ... ) later engraved for views in Mysore 1794. Mounted but not laid down, one or two dirt splash marks in the margin, the copy of the engraving showing a little smaller than the original artwork, one or two small dirt specks but essentially good condition, comes with probably full plate with margin running 1 - 2 inches beyond the plate mark, acid staining and dirt marking around the edges of the margin, not mounted.
