Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition, paint does look rather dirty and would certainly benefit from a clean, a little fine light craquelure showing in the sky but no other faults noted, signed Bouvard lower right, housed in the original gilt frame, old Christie's stamp verso MP558 or S, no other labels verso.
