Good clean condition with fair strength of colour. Looks rather flat so may be laid down and the mount runs over the top and sides of the image partially concealing the numbering so that only /150 can be seen. Just enough bottom margin showing to reveal the signature.
Oldish washline mount and plain gilt frame. No labels verso.
